Refund policy

Upon approval of your refund request, please allow up to [number of days] for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Processing Time: 

We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: 

This refund and cancellation policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated to our clients in a timely manner.

Policy Updates: 

In certain circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

Exceptions: 

Refunds are available for appointments that are canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. However, refunds are not available for completed readings or consultations.
