Refunds for In-Person Sessions (Le Bijou Holistic Spa) In-person Astrology, Tarot, and Crystal Healing sessions booked through Le Bijou Holistic Spa are subject to Le Bijou Holistic Spa’s refund policies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at the discretion of management. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable and the session will not be rescheduled. Technical Issues In the event of technical difficulties on Arcana Astrology’s side (e.g., platform outages), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Technical issues on the client’s end (e.g., poor internet connection) are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at management’s discretion. Refund Requests Refund requests for online sessions must be submitted in writing to support@arcanaastrology.com within 7 days of the original booking date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Exclusions Custom reports, pre-recorded readings, and other digital services are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for Joint Services In the rare instance that a session involves both Arcana Astrology and Le Bijou Holistic Spa, refund requests will be assessed based on the booking platform used: Services booked via Le Bijou Holistic Spa’s website will follow their refund policies.
